What is a 360 Photo Booth?

A 360 photo booth is a video booth that uses a rotating arm and camera to capture 360-degree views of people standing on a platform. The booth can accommodate up to three people. The camera records boomerang style videos. The captured frames can be shared with guests in a number of ways, including emailing or texting them on site or sharing them on social media. Guests can also add customized overlay graphics and backgrounds. 

What is a Selfie Photo Booth?

A social media photo booth is a fun way to capture high resolution selfies with up to 10 people in a photo, hands free! The captured frames can be shared with guests in a number of ways, including emailing or texting them on site or sharing them on social media. Guests can add customized overlay graphics and backgrounds.

When will you arrive to set-up?

The event specialist will arrive at least 75-90 minutes before the event to set-up. Upon request, we are able to arrive extra early to ensure the photo booth is set-up at a specific time​. This may be an extra charge and will be discussed.

How much space is needed?

When considering the physical space required, selfie photo booths typically have a small footprint – making them suitable for events with limited space.

Selfie Booth

Typically, we need a space of 10×10 feet for the setup including backdrop, selfie booth machine and table with props. However, if you don't require a backdrop or prop table we can fit into a smaller area of around 5x5 feet.

A 360 video booth requires more space than a traditional photo booth because of its rotating arm and safety needs. A minimum of 10 ft x 10 ft is needed for the booth to spin and ensure guest safety. You should also consider the following:

  • Ceiling height: The booth's rotating arm may need enough ceiling height.

  • Space for people: There should be enough room for people to move around comfortably.

  • Line and sharing station: You'll need space for a line and a sharing station.

  • Props Table: 4 foot long table

  • Outlet: You'll need a three-pronged outlet within 20 ft of the setup area.


What is a “drop off photo booth?

The “drop off” option allows for an affordable rate for the entire event vs being charged an hourly rate and no host is needed. (Host can me requested for an additional rate) The drop off will be set up fully and come with instructions as well as off site support if needed. The drop off time and pick up times will be arranged at the time of purchase to ensure equipment is there when needed and we have access to the venue. Guests can use the booth all through the event freely! This option is only for the Selfie Photo Booth.

What is a retainer fee, why do I have to pay it, and why is it non-refundable?

To reserve your date, pay a non-refundable retainer fee. The fee covers administrative work and is 1/3 of the total cost, deducted from the final payment due two weeks before the event.

It is memory preservation! It captures the essence of your wedding day, baby shower, or birthday party providing a physical reminder of those who shared in your joy. Personal Messages: Guests can leave personalized notes, offering advice, and well-wishes, or sharing fond memories, making each entry unique.
